Dr. C. Dwight Groves hails from West Virginia. He joined The Group for Women in 1985. Prior to medical school, Dr. Groves completed three years of Active Duty Service in the Air Force. He then completed medical school at Marshall University with internship and residency to follow at Eastern Virginia Medical School.

Dr. Groves joins Dr. Crockford as surgeon for many laporoscopic supracervical hysterectomies. He is board certified and is a Fellow with the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Groves and his wife, Emily, have grown children.
