Dr. Martha T. Fernandez hails from the Phillipines. She attended undergraduate school at the University of Virginia, where she was the Captain, Manager and Choreographer for the Cheerleading Team. Dr. Fernandez completed medical school at the University of Virginia Medical School and internship and residency at Baylor College of Medicine where she served as Chief Resident.

Dr. Fernandez is board certified and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and serves as a managing director of The Group For Women. She and her husband, Rusty Cook, stay busy with three school-age children.
